How we use your information
Who we are
JDR Admin Ltd is registered in England and Wales, company number 14470772, with its registered office at 167-169 Great Portland Street, 5th Floor, London, W1W 5PF. We are the controller of the personal information you send us through this website. You can contact us about this notice or your information at contact@jdradmin.com.
What we collect
When you use our enquiry form, we collect your name, company name, email address, phone number, the service you are interested in, and anything you choose to tell us about your business.
Why we use it
We use this information to reply to your enquiry, discuss your needs and send you a quote. Our lawful basis is that this is necessary to take steps at your request before entering into a contract with you, and our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us. We do not use it for marketing and we do not sell it.
Where it is stored and who sees it
Enquiries are sent to our business email inbox and are only seen by the JDR Admin team. Webflow, which hosts this website, also stores form submissions on our behalf. Webflow is based in the United States, so your information may be transferred outside the UK. Where this happens, it is protected by safeguards recognised under UK data protection law.
How long we keep it
If you do not become a client, we delete your enquiry within 12 months. If you do become a client, we will give you a separate privacy notice with our engagement letter explaining how we handle your information during our work together.
Cookies
We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies on this website.
Your rights
You have the right to ask for a copy of the information we hold about you, and to ask us to correct it, delete it, restrict how we use it, or object to us using it. To do any of these, email contact@jdradmin.com. We will respond within one month.
Making a complaint
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, please tell us first so we can put it right. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.
