What people ask first

How much does it cost?

Every quote is fixed and based on what you need. As a guide, bookkeeping packages start from around £80 + VAT a month, with software included.

Can I switch accountants part way through the year?

Yes. We handle the professional clearance with your current accountant and take it from there.

Do you work with sole traders?

Yes. Although we focus on limited companies and their directors, we can also support sole traders with their accounts.

Which software do you use?

We are Xero certified and recommend it for most clients, but we are happy to look at what you already use.

Do I need to be in Birmingham?

No. We are based in Birmingham and work with clients all over the UK by phone, video call and email. In-person meetings are also available if you prefer.

Tell us what you need.

Send a few details and we will come back with a written scope and a fixed monthly fee. No obligation.

Who's behind JDR

Hi, I'm Sandy.

I'm the associate director at JDR Admin. I trained and qualified at a Big 4 firm, but I came to accountancy from music and the sneaker industry. My parents ran a convenience store, which is why I work with small businesses, and why working with me is personal, not corporate.
